Quynh Anh is a Master Certified Coach, Team Coach and Coaching Supervisor accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Prior to coaching, she had an extensive experience ranging from finance then to marketing, sales, and P&L management, with a highly international profile, having been exposed to many industries and company cultures, from the banking industry, oil industry to the cosmetics industry, and to many working cultures in Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and USA. Quynh Anh has not only worked in multinational corporations, managing businesses and teams, she also has experience in small structures as an entrepreneur.
Quynh Anh first entered the coaching world in 2008 when she has been asked to join coaching projects supporting expatriates to adjust to their new environment, helping them change their managing style responding to new corporate needs and different culture.
Driven by people development, Quynh Anh is now dedicated to accompany, on a global scope, leaders and teams in their development and growth.
She works in private and public sectors and is an accredited coach to the European Institutions.
On top of coaching, Quynh Anh is an accredited coaches' supervisor and has co-founded Team and Group Coaching Academy.
Quynh Anh originally holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business school (Paris) and an Executive Master in Business Coaching from Louvain University (Belgium).
She is certified in the Palo Alto Strategic and Systemic approach (brief therapy), as well as in Transactional Analysis (Organisational field), and trained in many different approaches such as the systemic approach by Malarewicz, stress management with Mindfulness, Theory U, somatic coaching, collective intelligence...
She is also certified in Leadership and Coaching Across Cultures and is HBDI® certified (Hermann Brain Dominance Indicators), Team Booster, Global Leadership Coach and Team Management System certified.
Quynh Anh works with a team of professional coaches with complementary competencies to better answer your needs.
She coaches in English and French, is based in Brussels, Belgium, and provides coaching F2F or online.
